At the beginning of 2017, after 6 years of activity and 60 exhibitions, V9 changed its location – we moved out of a comfortable home in the city centre, a place where the radiators worked and huge windows let in the sunshine.
The move allowed us to redefine our priorities. The screen printing studio came to the fore. We did not want to give up our mission of showing art, though. Hence the idea of the vALL outdoor gallery, where we exhibit works directly on the street. Sometimes, however, we miss making exhibitions under a roof, which is exactly what we are preparing at Pracownia Wschodnia.
The exhibition entitled "Vynos" was born of the need to present, in one place and at one time, works by the artists who came to mind while we were making plans to step back inside the walls of a space called a gallery.
The presentation has no particular premise or theme; it is meant to be a showcase of many different aesthetics, ideas and points of view, and to give the chance to see works usually seen on a larger or smaller screen.
